Please contact us for any questions regarding the store or your orders. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible. Our warehouse ships out the next business day (unless specific in hands date is requested). 

Please keep in mind that these requests are monitored from Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM EST (not including major US holidays). If this is an urgent request after hours, please contact your account representative.
