FAQ

Who should I contact for urgent requests? Please fill out the contact form here. All requests will be answered Monday through Friday (not including major holidays) 8AM - 3:30PM EST.

When can I expect my order? All orders are shipped from our warehouse the very next day, M-Th. & orders placed on Friday will ship Monday. Purchases shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 1 to 7 business days (depending on shipping location - via ground transportation). Orders being shipped outside of the United States generally arrive within 2-3 weeks of the order date.

My package says it's been delivered, but it's not here. What do I do? Please wait two business days to see if your package will still be delivered. If it has not arrived after two days, then email store@summit3pl.com and include your order number and an explanation of the issue.

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to inform our team of a missing package. 

What methods of payment do you accept? We happily accept all major American credit card brands.

How do I make sure that I get a UPS/FedEx return label? When you are checking out, please select an option from the shipping services. If you select FedEx shipping, you will receive a FedEx return label. If you select UPS shipping, you will recieve a UPS return label.

How can I request new products to be added to this store? Please fill out this form here. This will be routed to someone at our team who can further assist you.

Tradeshow Returns

Due to regulations set by the onsite management team for this event, our warehouse CANNOT arrange pickup for your return packages - You are required to drop off your return packages at the designated onsite drop-off location or physically take your packages to the nearest FedEx or UPS facility.

Please alert your client rep IN ADVANCE if you plan on returning items that were not included in the original order

Return shipping labels are provided in the red envelope included on your package.

Securely package all product to avoid damage

Please be sure to complete the event return slip included in your shipment.
